Notes

For the start/finish, use free parking in the Milldown car park, Maple Tree Close, Blandford Forum, DT11 7SH, adjacent to the North Dorset Trailway. There is a three-quarter mile off-road section, mainly gravel, at mile 35 where the route passes under the A31. There is also a much longer off-road section between miles 52 and 58 along the Castleman Trailway. This is mainly gravel and quite rideable on a road bike with 28mm tyres.
