TT Results for 22nd April
George Whitlock, 1st Chard Wheelers, set the inaugural course record on the UC31 at 22:54 which lasted for just 16 minutes, until Chris Booth, Army CU, crossed the finish line exactly a minute faster.
Chris Martin, 1st Chard Wheelers, topped the age adjusted times, setting a benchmark even quicker than Chris at 21:41. William Birchall, 1st Chard Wheelers, was the first of four Juniors at 24:08.
It was great to see such enthusiastic Junior riders too.
The new course seemed to meet with approval, faster than the old 10 from Marston, and challenging enough to be a good workout. The strong winds were not so welcome! You can do it all again next week, start time is 6:45, not 7pm as I may have said to some of you, that is the following week.
