Evening TT Series (Aug 4th)

Wed Aug 5

The weather Gods were still not smiling on us tonight as we had another windy evening for the time trial, but at least it was dry and not quite as blustery as last week. The wind direction was also different and made for some faster times.

Exeter Wheelers’ Junior, Jack Dallyn, topped the tables again with an impressive 21:14. Fastest home rider was Chris Martin with a 23:33, nearly a minute quicker than last week.

Next week will be the final 10 for this year, same start time as this week, 6:45. From then on we are back to the 5 mile course for the final three events.

Clementina and Marianne are set to ride a 25 mile time trial in Devon this weekend, should be a warm one. We’ll let you know how they get on.
