A hand-built Reynolds 631 step through frame built at Brian Rourke. It has only ever been used for about 50 miles as the owner can no longer use it due to ill health. It is suitable for the smaller person, the frame being approx 17” (430mm), with a high fork steerer to allow an upright seating position.
